The Holland Family
Laura and Ian Holland and their three young children outgrew their last home, and moved to Wyuna Estate where they have room to move.
Disability support worker Laura, and accountant Ian, wanted a contemporary home with generous-sized rooms and plenty of space outside for Indy, seven, Tilli, five, and Jarvis, three, to play.
In their back garden there’s a cubby house, swing set and space to kick a footy, lined with pretty garden beds.
The Holland family are happy in their four bedroom home, complete with two living areas and a play-room.
Laura said they found building at Elliminyt’s Wyuna Estate was more affordable than buying an established Colac property.
“It’s a good estate, and the design means you don’t have cars driving through,” said Laura, who enjoys raising her children in the safe neighbourhood.
“It’s a nice sized house and we still have room for a garden.”
Ian believes buying at Wyuna Estate has been a good investment for the family.
“From a resale point of view, with the larger blocks, I think this area has good potential,” Ian said.
We needed room for the kids to run around.
